The Diane Dawson Story :: Diane Dawson Foundation

Mission and Purpose

This fund provides aid, assistance and care for children and families who have lost a loved one to cancer or other terminal illness. Established through the Sacramento Region Community Foundation, the Diane Dawson Foundation assists those in the greater Denver and Sacramento areas.

Fill out the Sacramento Region Community Foundation Common Scholarship Application.

You must also submit medical verification of the death or illness of parent or legal guardian; transcripts; two letters of recommendation (one typed page/reference); and a self-evaluation essay (one page, typed, single-spaced).
