​This fund provides aid, assistance and care for children and families who have lost a loved one to cancer or other terminal illness. Established through the Sacramento Region Community Foundation, the Diane Dawson Foundation assists those in the greater Denver and Sacramento areas.

• Since 2004 we’ve supported 70 deserving high school graduates through our scholarship program.

​

• In addition to scholarships, we help the community by supporting other non profits committed to helping those effected by cancer.

​

• Our family assistance program has provided grants to numerous worthy organizations including Wellness Within in Roseville, The Children’s Treehouse Foundation in Denver, The Healing Center for Grieving Children in Sacramento, and TRU Community care in Boulder.
